We are Darrell, Kim, Georgia & Jessie.  We have owned Mad Butcher Riccarton since Oct 2013 at 227 Blenheim Road, part of the Blenheim Square shopping complex.

Darrell has been butchering for over 25 years, and has a vast experience in all aspects of the trade.
